The July Top Prospect Rankings are a fun one. We update and add a ton of new names because at this point we have a month of DSL samples and two months of complex ball. Data has fully stabilized at this point for the full season, and we can buy legitimate breakouts.
The July list also features a ton of graduated prospects. We have seen many debuts to this point, and we go by the 45 days on the active roster of 130 at-bats/50 innings pitched to graduate the list. Players like Ryan Waldschmidt are close, but he remains on the list for the time being.
New Draftees are now included in the list!
