Dynasty Buys and Sells (Week 3)
Chris Clegg suggests three players to buy and sell in a dynasty league to get ahead of the curve.
Knowing when to hold’em and when to fold’em is a very valuable skill in fantasy baseball, especially dynasty. The reality is we are all playing a guessing game when projecting how players will perform, especially those who have made tangible changes or are just prospects themselves.
Too often, when making trades, everyone has to “win the deal” instantly. The reality is that in a dynasty trade, we don’t and won’t know the winner for some time. But that doesn’t mean you should not try to set yourself up to win a deal down the road.
It is also important to recognize the other team’s needs. If you can strike a deal with a rebuilding team that benefits them long term but also helps you immediately, it is a win-win deal.
We could go on and on about trade etiquette, but we are here to talk about players. So, for this week of action, let's look at three dynasty buys and three dynasty sells.
